When you join our team as an experienced product engineer you will be responsible for releasing new products into production. You will provide support to devices through the life product cycle including, for example, volume manufacturing, first-silicon/prototype testing, validation, and delivery. You will manage ATE/Bench Characterization and correlation across PVT, Final Test bring up and Wafer Sort bring up. You will own Yield Enhancement and manage WAT data .vs. WS/FT Yield correlation
Responsibilities:
● Generate Testing plan
● Coordinate and execute product qualification
● Monitor and address yield issue on his/her product
● Generate qual reports
● Collect and generate Characterization report
● Verify and get implement test program for NPI
● Work with test house on qual hardware.
● Work with Test Engineer to generate Rel vectors/program
Requirements:
● Prior experience in PE
● Familiar with and able to load and test product onto tester
● Able to perform yield analysis
● Able to communicate with customers on NPI items
