Responsibilities
Partner closely with the OpenFive BU GM and Business operations VP to drive business results to
targets
Lead the BU short- and long-term financial planning, annual budgeting and monthly forecasting
processes to ensure accurate and timely projections for senior leadership and operational management
Tracking and reporting on all relevant financial metrics
Identify trends and understand variances between forecast and actual results and take corrective action
where needed
Manage the weekly revenue forecast for total company
Work with cross-functional business partners to facilitate review and execution of revenue related deals
Provide ongoing guidance to the business on revenue recognition issues, in conjunction with corporate
accounting
Be a strategic partner with subject matter experts in revenue, accounting and operations
Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives
Ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic, fast paced, and high-growth environment.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting with a minimum of 8+ years progressive experience in
analytical finance, corporate FP&A or related in a Semiconductor product, IP, or EDA company
Understanding of US GAAP and international accounting standards including ASC 606 and familiarity
with financial statements
Ability to support audit requirements from auditors for internal and external reporting
Problem solver who is comfortable with ambiguity while collaborating across international teams and
locations
